Patrick W. Rinard of Counsel Born Johnstown, Pennsylvania, 1939 Admitted to Bar, 1976 Mr. Rinard received a B.S. from Florida State University in 1961 and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1976. He is currently a member of the Clearwater Bar Association, where he has served as an officer and director, and the Florida bar, where he has served as Vice-Chair of a Grievance Committee. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Rinard serves on the Board of Directors of a number of local charitable organizations. Mr. Rinard's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, wills, probate law and trust administration.
