Theo J. Karaphillis Born Clearwater, Florida, 1961 Admitted to Florida Bar, 1988 Mr. Karaphillis received his B.S. in 1984 and a J.D. with honors in 1988 from Florida State University. Mr. Karaphillis is currently a member of the Clearwater and American Bar Associations and the Florida Bar. Mr. Karaphillis is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He also co-authored the Florida Chapter of the ABA Anti-Trust Handbook.
